The final nail in Resino's coffin was Thursday's 2-1 home defeat to Espanyol, a result which left Granada second bottom and six points below the safety line with just four matches of the season remaining. Resino was drafted in to replace Joaquin Caparros in January. Granada picked up only 11 points from a possible 45 from his 15 matches in charge, with just two victories. Granada's remaining fixtures are against Getafe, Cordoba, Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid. | |||||
